Dental Preferred Provider Organization (DPPO) , including:

  • Copay plans. Help lower your dental costs over time while keeping your employees satisfied with flexible plan design options and cost-effective monthly premiums.

  • Full Service Dental for Retirees. You can enrich your company's retiree benefits with minimal administration and no benefit expense to your company.

Managed Dental Plans, including

  • Dental HMO plans in New Jersey

  • Dental Managed Care plans in New York.

Indemnity plans. We also provide a traditional fee-for-service dental plan giving participants the freedom to visit any licensed dentist (no network) in the country for covered services.

Options

Graduating Dental Benefits. These benefits encourage participants to maintain their dental coverage with MetLife and provide enhanced coverage to help ALL participants achieve and/or maintain good oral health.

Plan Choice. Dual and multi-option features are available on DPPO and Dental HMO/Managed Care plans.

Funding arrangements, including:
  • Voluntary and Employer-Sponsored options. We offer a variety of voluntary dental plan designs utilizing DPPO and Dental HMO/Managed Care plans.
  • Fully Insured and Self-Funded options.
